Selected work
A live health platform serving 5,000+ active users across a React Native mobile app and a Next.js web platform. I own features end to end, from Spring Boot APIs and PostgreSQL workflows to production deployment on AWS, with a focus on reliable booking flows and an interface that feels simple and trustworthy. I also integrated payment gateways and WhatsApp Business APIs, and use MCP servers to automate repetitive operational work with AI agents.
A multimodal retrieval system that finds matching images from a sentence and the best captions for an image. Images and text are mapped into a shared embedding space with OpenCLIP and PyTorch, and cosine similarity ranks the closest matches. I compared five fine tuning strategies, and LoRA won with a 0.93 mean retrieval score while training only 1.2M of 150M parameters, served through an interactive Gradio demo.
Tiny is a small, statically typed language with a compiler written from scratch in Rust, with no parser generators or codegen frameworks. It has a hand written lexer and Pratt parser, a type checker, a tree walking reference interpreter, and a three address IR with optimisation passes. An x86_64 Linux backend emits native binaries, and golden tests check that compiled output matches the interpreter across an eight crate Cargo workspace.
A live architecture mentorship platform connecting 2,000+ students with 130+ mentors. Students find and book mentors, and sessions are scheduled automatically through Google Meet and Google Calendar, with reminders and updates sent over WhatsApp. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL and Redis, designed to stay fast and clear as the community grows.
A multilingual AI chatbot that helps farmers across India discover government schemes they qualify for. Sahay walks users through eligibility in natural conversation, in their own language, and gives them a ready document checklist. It covers 950+ schemes across 11 languages, built with Next.js, TypeScript, the Gemini API and PostgreSQL, and reachable on the web and over WhatsApp.
